I had heard of the term “brining a turkey” before but I had no idea what it was. I’ve never actually made a turkey myself before. Don’t laugh, I know I am a grown woman but my husband has always been in charge of the turkey. When Kikkoman approached us about trying their brine recipe I figured now was as good of time as any to cook a turkey all on my own. It was a lot easier than I thought and after only one little mishap, we came away with a very tasty turkey to enjoy!

I like the fact that Kikkoman Soy Sauce/Shoyu is made from American grown soy beans, as opposed to soy farmed on foreign nations. I'm a proud member of the "Buy American" Movement, and give Kikkoman my support!

I remember the "soy" issue of National Geographic had a photo of the Kikkoman factory. I use Kikkoman for all my Japanese and Chinese inspired meals, and hope to win!

I use Kikkoman Soy Sauce mixed with sesame oil and garlic to flavor the chopped pork I use as wonton wrapper stuffing. My kids can't get enough of the wontons I fry to a crisp!
