This program really does make it easy. The booklet starts with a journaling section for guided writing about your goals. Talking about your purpose, desire, vision, and beliefs will help focus you and keep you motivated through your journey. There is space for a before photo and weight/measurement information, along with a contract to sign – a contract with yourself, to really cement your commitment to a new you. There is additional space for measurements on days 4 and 11, at 6 weeks, and 12 weeks into your program, where you will also enter your amazing “after’ photo.
The booklet also includes a comprehensive meal plan, with a shopping list of everything you will need to eat for a week and specific meals (including recipes!). It actually lays out 3 meals and two snacks for every day! This is exactly what I’ve been looking for. I was not able to follow the meal plan completely because I am nursing my son and it wouldn’t be enough calories for me, but it was easy to modify using common sense and healthy food choices.
There are three full workouts included, the “Cardio Burn and Sculpt”, “Sizzlin’ Abs”, and the “High Calorie Melt”, as well as “Melt in 10”, which is for when you don’t have much time but still want to get a workout in.
