I received February’s Simply Earth box and was quite impressed with the contents — especially for the price! Would you believe the cost is only $39/month? That is an amazing value! February’s box included 4 full sized oils (Lemon, Oregano, Ravensara, and Defender), Coconut oil, 3 glass roll-on bottles (with metal rollerballs!), two inhaler bottles and a glass dropper bottle.
It also came with a bag on menthol crystals, 6 recipes and sticker labels. I think there was a small mistake. The glass dropper bottle should have been an aluminum spray bottle. This box literally contained everything I needed for ALL of the recipes with the exception of cornstarch and baking soda which most people already have on hand in their pantry.
It only took me a few minutes to make these oil blends using the included recipe cards. Now I have easy to use products to relieve sore muscles, get rid of warts and use for colds/congestion. I love the pretty labels that were provided to keep everything organized.
It even came with labels for the tops of the bottles. The labels are not pre-cut so you do have to cut them out with scissors but they are on sticker paper and ready to use! I need to pick up an aluminum bottle so I can make the Germ Cleanser and I plan on making the Shower Disk Pick Me Ups for Valentine’s Day so watch for a post on those SOON!
As a fairly experienced user of essential oils, I am very impressed with the Simply Earth subscription. New users often get overwhelmed and aren’t sure how to use their oils. These kits get you using them correctly right away by giving you the ingredients and instructions you need to quickly and efficiently make remedies and more. Oils can be costly — this kit gives you FOUR FULL SIZED oils. If it were only the oils, that would be less than $10 per bottle which in itself is an amazing prize but you get all the extras too! They don’t skip on quality either. I mentioned the rollerballs were metal. This is important because plastic ones are an option but they don’t hold up well and the plastic can be broken down by the oils and leach chemicals into your product. Yuck! Simply Earth does the right thing and uses safe and quality products for all of their subscription bottles.
Not only does Simply Earth make it easy and affordable for consumers to have a natural home but they also give 13% of their profits to help end human trafficking. I think that’s wonderful!
