I can honestly say I have never heard of kefir.  Kefir has a similar taste and texture to a drinkable yogurt and is from fermented milk with kefir cultures.  It is a product that has true health benefits.  Now, the first frozen kefir product has hit the grocery stores- Lifeway Frozen Kefir.
