Is that 8:30 p.m. on the west coast? I think it will only be effective if everyone in the US does it at the same time, right?
I tried to find this out as well. I couldn’t find anything, but I finally came to my conclusion…it is a worldwide event, so I believe it is 8:30 pm wherever you are at. That is what I am going to go by. 🙂
