We are a chicken family. The majority of the meat we eat is boneless skinless chicken breasts. Dinners are not my strongest suit so it’s nice to have quick and easy things on hand to fix. The Tyson Grilled & Ready chicken breast strips are great. You can use them in a salad, stir-fry, pasta dishes and more. They are pre-cooked then frozen but they thaw quickly. Here’s a recipe that sounds really yummy. I haven’t had a chance to try it yet but it sounds easy enough.
Chili-Orange Chicken with Peppers
Recipe Serves 4
Recipe Ingredients
4 Tyson® Grilled & Ready Whole Chicken Breast Fillets (frozen)
2 red bell peppers cut in 1-inch pieces
1 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 teaspoon orange peel, grated
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Cooking Instructions
Prepare Grilled & Ready Whole Chicken Breast Fillets according to package directions. Remove from pan and
keep warm.
In same skillet sauté pepper until crisp cooked.
Add remaining ingredients to skillet and bring to boil. Add chicken.
Serving Suggestions: Serve with steamed broccoli and hot, fluffy rice. Refrigerate leftovers.

I love the grilled chicken breast. We use it in pesto pasta. Yummy!
