Yes…I said that right…FREE phone! I was desperately in need of a new cell phone because mine decided to quit working, so I could only use it on speaker phone. Talk about embarrassing when you’re out somewhere…haha. I refused to pay too much for a phone because I either break them or I just don’t use them enough to warrant an expensive phone.
Okay…long story short, my husband was at Wal-Mart and found the BlackBerry Curve 8310 Smartphone Titanium (AT&T)
for $28.88!!! That is cheaper than most cell phones that aren’t even a smartphone! I decided to do a little more research online and found the same phone for FREE! Let me repeat that…FREE!!!! The phone is $75 with a $75 rebate! Can you believe that? The rebate is good until January 24, it’s FREE, so if you need a new phone, look into this one.
Damn!!! My hubby just bought a new phone 2 days ago!

Usually you have a certain period of time to return a phone. Look into it!
what about your plan?? Did your rate go up because of email/internet??
With AT&T, you have to sign up for a data plan when you purchase the Blackberry (same with the iPhone). We were told by my sales agents to just cancel the plan. In order to receive the rebate, you have to have it unfortunately and will run you somewhere between $30-$50. Once you know your rebate is coming, cancel it and you can just use it as a phone! 🙂
