After last week’s Weigh Me Wednesday, I was able to pull myself together. I realized 15 lbs. was not that horrible for being as far along as I was. I am finally over my morning sickness (knock on wood), so I am able to get up and do more. Walking is about the only thing I will allow myself to do though. What did you find most beneficial while you were pregnant? What about not being pregnant? Is there anything new that you have learned to love and that loves you? Have you changed your workout routine any that you’d like to share?
As far as our recipe, this week, I’ve decided that it is fall and what goes great with fall weather? CHILI! We actually had this recipe last night and it was so yummy! I love chili so much!
