Last week went better than I had expected. I lost 1 lb.! It is all coming off slowly but surely! I have to admit I am blessed with being able to nurse my son and this helps tremendously! It never worked with my other children, but for some reason it is clicking with me this time. Whatever will I do when I stop? Weight Watchers is a huge blessing for me too! I eat so much more healthy and am constantly conscious about what goes into my body!

I love reading your successes! Great work! I am trying to lose 10 pounds before I have another baby. I have a 2 year old and am the weight I was before I had her, but not the weight I was when I got married. I am just eating healthy (similar to body for life) and getting back in the gym. I have had asthma problems and haven’t been able to. Are you toning up? Do you feel that you look the same as you did when you weighted this in the past?

Unfortunately, I need to tone majorly! I do not work out whatsoever. When I lost weight after my 2nd child, I was working out doing a bootcamp and was toned pretty nicely. This time, I feel I look similar as to what I did after my last child, but I feel my stomach is full of wrinkles and skin and is a bit bigger. It could be b/c I am so stretched out from having some huge boys. I feel bigger than I am. I feel like I should be in a size 12 for example, but a size 8 is big for me.
Good luck on your 10 lbs.!!! You can do it! What is working for you? That was my major mistakes is that I didn’t lose the weight from my first child when I got pregnant with #2. I lost weight with #2, but I wasn’t down to my wedding weight. Almost! 🙂
