I had a really slow week that I told you about in my Weigh Me Wednesday post. This week was even worse. I had no change. I have not been able to workout last week since there was a break in my bootcamp classes and I thoroughly enjoyed myself at the 4th of July festivities to say the least. So, I need to get back on track. My bootcamp class picked back up and I am SO sore from Monday’s class. I missed workingout though.
Bootcamp is not the answer for everyone. If you are new to working out, start out slowly. Consider walking a mile a day. Complete 1/2 mile in the morning and 1/2 in the evening or even break it up more throughout the day. Start slow and don’t overdo it. Walk in place while you watch t.v. even. Throw in some weight training. No need to spend money on weights. Get creative. Use bags of flour or sugar. Lift your baby or children. There are ways to be active without spending a lot of money. Every little bit helps!

I chickened out this week, Mindy. I didn't weigh myself. It's that time of the month and I already feel crappy, so I'm afraid to look at the darn scale.

I don't blame you, Amanda. I ALWAYS gain weight even if it's a few ounces during that time. Feel better!
