So, I want to hear from all of you! I know I am not the only one trying to lose weight here!! How are you doing? What are you goals, successes, setbacks, cravings, etc…? It’s all about support and motivation! We can help each other. I will be first and say that I always set myself back by treating myself to McDonald’s (or something bad) after I weigh. Guilty! My first goal is to lose another 12 lbs. to be where I was before I got pregnant. My ultimate goal is to lose another 10 lbs. on top of that to be where I was when I got married.
I weighed today and never believed that I would have lost 2.4 lbs. this week! My husband was gone and I was hopping around like a chicken with my head cut off, so I am sure the activity helped me lose! I hate to think I am only half way to my goal, but in 4 weeks times of being on Weight Watchers and losing 12.2 lbs., I will take it and try to remain mum.

I had my last child at 36.5 and perimenopause hit soon after. The weight started packing on and I found myself up 27lbs. I went almost vegan just over 6 weeks ago and delightfully discovered this past weekend I’m down 8lbs.! I have 19 more to go to get where I was, but would like to drop an additional 5 beyond that. Congrats on your weight loss!
