Gobble Gobble! It’s that time of year- the holidays! While many people rejoice, I start to cringe. It is so hard for me to resist the temptation of such yummy food. I am a sucker for my grandmother’s noodles, dressing, mashed potatoes- gosh, you name it! I have to trust that it’s ok to splurge every now and then. One day will not kill me.
What are some low-fat recipes that you can enjoy over the holidays? I am always looking for yummy recipes that cut the calories, but they don’t sacrifice the taste.
I almost forgot! I was down another pound this week! I am only .2 away from what I thought was my ultimate goal. I set my lifetime goal for Weight Watchers and I would like to lose another 5 lbs. for this. I figured I have done a good job so far, why can’t I lose 5 more lbs.? So, follow me on this journey as I know it is going to be a rollercoaster. Stay tuned! How are you doing on your weight loss/maintenance?
My progress:
Length of Time: 35 weeks
Pounds Lost: 49.8
Pounds Left to Lose: .2
So, how did you do this week? Follow my weight loss (or gain) journey with the past Weigh Me Wednesday posts and keep me updated on your progress!

Any chance you could start sharing the recipes that you like on your blog? I have been on ww for 9 weeks and have lost 17 lbs, but am always looking for inspiration in the kitchen to fix something low points and healthy. Congratulations on your weight loss!

First of all- congrats on your success!!! That is so exciting! I will try to remember to do the recipes next week. I used to do it and felt like nobody really wanted them, so I quit, but I’m glad you do. I will start doing them again. They have so many yummy ones! What has worked best for me though (and this is boring) is just a ton of chicken and I eat hard boiled eggs in the morning. I don’t advise everybody to do this because it does get old, but it has worked for me. Keep up your good work and keep me posted on it!!
