Winged Eyeliner: Neon Is The New Black — Get the Look! {Video}

So I am probably really dating myself here but I remember when white eyeliner was a thing — I wore it and rocked it! I love experimenting with new makeup trends so when I heard about the neon cat eye look I was curious.  I’ve tried the winged eyeliner look a few times but I’ve always used black eyeliner.  I’m not sure why I never thought to use a color because I love a good purple or deep blue liner.  Turns out though that neon colors are where it’s at.  Watch the video below and find out how to apply your eyeliner to pull off the neon cat eye look.
