Yet Another Use for Vinegar

White vinegar can be used to replace fabric softener and works quite well. It's environmentally friendly because it doesn't contain chemicals and you can buy it in bulk to save on packaging. Make Your Wedding Ring Sparkle!

My jeweler recommended cleaning my wedding ring with a soloution of one part water, one part ammonia. Soak for a couple of minutes and scrub with an old toothbrush and it sparkles like new!
