I know...I missed the last two weeks of checking in. I couldn't weigh on Wednesday the past few weeks because I've had meetings and my husband was gone. Weigh Me Wednesday: How Did This Happen Edition?
Amazingly, 2.4 lbs. is becoming my magic number I guess. Never in my life would I guess that I have lost that much. I did bad this weekend with Memorial Day and the family. I even had fried ravioli. Gasp! It was really hard to get back on the wagon too, but I was able to luckily. Did you know that you had to eat 500 calories less/day to lose any weight?
