As I mentioned the other day, I am already starting my Christmas planning and shopping. A few years ago, Instant Pots were all the rage. I actually use mine quite a bit and think they are becoming more common in the kitchen as long as people get over their fear of using them.
I bought my dad and Instant Pot for Christmas a couple of years ago. He lives alone and could probably use a little help in the kitchen. I thought he’d enjoy trying out a quick and easy way to cook for himself. The problem is, there’s usually way too much food for one person and he doesn’t like eating leftovers for days. I couldn’t believe it when I learned about a new cookbook called “I Love My Instant Pot: Cooking For One”. This would be perfect for my dad!
