These days there are so many options for vitamins and supplements. They come in many forms including pills, powders and gummies. itSpray is a new way to take your vitamins! These oral sprays allow vitamins to be absorbed directly into your bloodstream almost immediately. They are easy, fast and effective and perfect for on-the-go lifestyles. Plus, you’ll avoid the upset stomach and heartburn that can sometimes be associated with fillers in pills.
Use itSpray by spraying it under your tongue. It will be absorbed quickly and spread to the rest of your body within a few minutes. There’s no sugar, no calories and no drugs! itSpray comes in 3 great tasting varieties so you can feel your best at all times. Whether you use one or all three, you’ll be feeling great in no time:
- Boost – This one is my favorite because of it’s sweet citrus flavor. It’s proprietary blend of vitamins and herbs is designed to boost your body’s immunity to help keep you healthy.
- Charge – This one is great for tired moms and perfect for that afternoon pick-me-up. Forget chugging an energy drink. Just spray this under your tongue for a little extra pep! You decide how many sprays you need depending on how much energy you feel you are lacking. You won’t experience gastrointestinal upsets or heartburn that you might with coffee or energy drinks. This drug-free blend of vitamins and herbs is berry flavored. It does have a bit of a bitter aftertaste but it is still palatable and worth it for the benefits it provides!
- Dream – This natural herbal sleep aid will help you fall and stay asleep. Unlike a solo melatonin supplement, this spray additionally includes a proprietary blend of 5HTP and Valerian Root to relieve your stress and anxiety. Use 10 minutes before going to bed and control your dose. Start with a few sprays and go from there — up to 14 in 24 hours. The formula is gluten-free with no fillers or binders, so it absorbs quickly. This one is also berry flavored but without any bitterness. This one is really nice to have on hand when you’re having a hard time unwinding and shutting off your brain at the end of a busy day. You’ll wake feeling refreshed, not groggy like you might with some other types of sleep aids.
itSpray comes in compact, one-ounce bottles that can easily fit in your purse or pocket for on-the-go use. Each bottle contains 25 doses. A normal dose is 7 sprays. These are great for busy moms to keep on hand. I love that there’s one for energy (who couldn’t use help in this area once in awhile?!) and one to assist with the downtime that is essential to a mom’s health. Plus, Boost for daily use because we all know what happens to a household when mom gets sick!

LORI BLUNT says
this might be a good vitamin for my sister. Due to her cancer surgery, she doesn’t digest things well.
Kimberly Stiele says
Lori hope your sister is doing well after her surgery. It is so tough. I know my sister used a lot of liquid alternatives to help my niece. So I think you have the right concept. itSpray completely bypasses the digestive system. The same reason a Dr uses an oral nitroglycerin spray or tab under the tongue for a heart attack patient is why these sprays work. Absorption is higher than a pill or gummy and time to efficacy is 20 sec- 5 minutes vs 30+minutes. Boostit has a bunch of great immune boosters like Zinc & Vitamin C, but if you are in the market for sleep, Dreamit can be taken right before bed vs planning 60-90 minutes out. Good Luck to your sister as she continues to heal.
