Dentists recommend brushing your teeth twice a day for at least two minutes. Two minutes may not sound like very long but I found out the hard way that I was under estimating the length of time I brush my teeth each day when I tested a Radius Toothbrush. The Radius Intelligent Toothbrush which has 65% more bristle tufts than an ordinary toothbrush features a 2 minute timer that beeps once (along with a green light that flashes once) every thirty seconds to signal you to move the toothbrush to a different area of your mouth for a total of 4 thirty second sessions that equal to the recommended 2 minutes. This ensures you are spending equal amount of brushing time in each of the four quadrants of your mouth- upper left, lower left, upper right and lower right. The Radius Intelligent toothbrush also features a 90 day wear meter that signals when it’s time to replace the head. After 180 uses (90 days), the light changes to red to indicate time to check the bristle wear. Lightweight, unbreakable replacement heads are available making the Radius Intelligent Toothbrush an eco-friendly choice. Re-using the non-slip handle reduces waste by 93%!
The handle is reversible for left or right handed brushing and the bristles are available in medium or soft.
Using the Radius Intelligent toothbrush really opened my eyes. Two minutes seems much longer when you are brushing and I quickly learned that I was not brushing for the recommended amount of time (as shameful as it is to admit!) I really like the timer because it helps keep me brushing even when I would normally think I had done a good job. The bristles were soft which I like and of course my mouth felt super clean when I brushed for the recommended two minutes!
An individual toothbrush retails for $8.99 with a two pack of replacement heads for $5.49.

I brush my teeth 3 times a day, because I have had to have a lot of root canals, and caps. I time myself for 3 minutes.
THis looks like a great product!
good luck to everyone
Love the color!
great product
Listening for the beeps would help me get through the monotony of two minutes. I brush twice a day, but I think I overbrush some spots, underbrush others, or cheat on the two minutes.
I tweeted @sentmyway!
What a great innivative idea to make sure you’re getting all your teeth brushed. Love it!
Looks awesome. I’m in need of a really good toothbrush!
