I am so sorry! I really botched this post. Originally I thought it was a $7 RR but was then informed that it was a MIR instead. When I updated the post I forgot to take out the part about the RR. Sorry for all of the confusion!!
Just to let everyone know, I received the $10 off 3 in my paper from delivery service in Chesapeake, VA. However, the newspapers I bought from the Dollar Tree only had a $5 off 2 coupon. The insert spines say the same thing “Richmond Times Dispatch, Norfolk Virginian Pilot, Newport News Press.” The only difference are the numbers. One says FSI 138-1 and the other is 139-1. So the better coupons only came in papers delivered to home addresses and it was a regional coupon.
