Ahhh this Weigh Me Wednesday is a good one to report, but not great. I lost .4 lbs. It's better than a kick in the head right? I was nowhere near good at dieting this past week. I have a good report this week. I actually stuck to the diet and lost 1.4 lbs. I am 3 lbs. away from my goal. I am nuts though. I set my lifetime goal for even 5 more lbs. on top of this.
